Minimum Starting Pay $28.71/HR

• Evaluate data collection and carry out plan of care and established goals
• Maintain patient flow by recognizing acuity levels and prioritizing care
• Review diagnostic test results and follow up per physician orders
• Reassess patients as their conditions change and notify RN or physician of changes
• Develop and carry out discharge plans
• Document all care in the patient's medical record in a clear, concise, complete, and legible manner
• Assist with upkeep of examination rooms as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, state, federal, and JCAHO standards

• Current GA LPN license

• Previous nursing/patient care experience preferred
