Location: Thomasville, GA 31792
Duration: 3+ Months (possibilities of extension)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00pm-4:30pm (one weekend every 4 weeks)
Required Qualifications- Associates Degree
- Homecare Homebase experience, home health experience
- Registered Nurse, multistate or GA license
- Professional certification required
- Patient Care Setting:
Home Health - Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40
- Productivity expectations: 30 points
- On Call/Weekend Requirement:
Yes, one weekend every 4 weeks with a day off the Tuesday following your weekend - Coverage Areas:
Thomas, Brooks, and Colquitt county - Mileage reimbursement:
Between visits - Dress code/scrub color:
