Travel RN - Telemetry - Intermediate Care

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an IMC/Stepdown position requiring at least one year of recent Critical Care/ICU experience and night shift availability.

Requirements

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand or proof of pending licensure process
• Current certifications:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum one year of recent Critical Care and ICU experience required
• Skilled in IV starts, lab draws/sample collecting, and titrating critical drips
• Intermediate proficiency with facility EMR system
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Stepdown setting
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Some weekend shifts required
• Holiday coverage required
• 13‑week assignment with possible extension
• Royal blue scrubs required and must be provided by the candidate
• Minimal to no time off (RTO) accommodated, especially around holidays
• Must reside more than 30 miles from the facility for consideration
• Candidates residing 31-50 miles from the facility will be considered at a local rate
• Up to 8 hours of non-billable training modules required prior to start, completed via Health Stream
