Your next nursing opportunity starts here were seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with proven home health skills to make a real difference in patient lives. Schedule:- 13-week full-time contract with potential extension
- Monday through Friday schedule
- On-call duties may be required
- Deliver high-quality in-home skilled nursing care and interventions
- Complete thorough patient assessments and accurate, timely OASIS documentation
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to design and deliver individualized care plans
- Provide wound care, manage medications, and oversee chronic disease monitoring and patient education
- Report patient condition changes and care updates promptly to the clinical team
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health RN experience
- Proficient in OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Comfortable managing a consistent daily visit schedule

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
