You will be the Site Quality Manager for the Quality Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing quality systems, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and managing risk across multiple functional areas.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Site Quality Manager you will be responsible for leading quality strategy, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering measurable quality outcomes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To- Lead cross‑functional quality initiatives across Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection
- Direct recruitment, training, performance assessment, and career development for quality personnel
- Allocate resources, assign work, and maintain an effective business rhythm
- Implement and monitor the quality management system and metrics program, addressing adverse trends
- Manage risk, opportunity, cost commitments, and ensure product acceptance and delivery per program requirements

Minimum Education RequiredHigh School/GED
Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications
- Must have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s level degree or higher in STEM or equivelant combined education/experience
- Prior Supplier Quality Engineering experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products.
- Demonstrated experience applying AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality management system requirements
- Hands on experience dealing with inspection of hardware and rework / repair of hardware
- Proven ability to lead root cause and corrective action efforts using standard methodologies (RCCA, A3, 5-Why, Fishbone)
- Experience with nonconformance management, corrective action systems, and audit support
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis tools (SPC, trend analysis, capability studies)
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
- Experience working in cross-functional environments to resolve quality issues and drive closure
- Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.
Ability to work independently with limited direction while managing competing priorities - Flexibility in work schedule is required; overtime may be necessary to meet mission needs.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Quality Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior Quality Engineers
- Experience supporting program execution, production operations, or system deployments
- Experience with digital manufacturing and enterprise systems (e.g., Apriso, SAP, Windchill)
