1915 South owns and operates 30 Ashley stores and 3 distribution centers across the southeast, including locations in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Virginia.

The General Manager owns the entire store—people, sales performance, operations, and guest experience. This role is accountable for hitting budget, developing leaders, and ensures value is driven through a guest-centric experience.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent, required. College degree, preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3–5 years of retail leadership experience in high-volume or furniture retail environment, required.

• Physical Demands:
  Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting.
• Work Environment:
  Retail Sales Floor

  Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
