Bringing Home the Dough$20 - $25 an hour- based on projected academic level at time of internship
Location:
Onsite at one of our bakeries. Location will be decided closer to internship.
- Summer housing will be provided, and reliable personal transportation is required.
Position Responsibilities
As an Operations Management Intern, you will support cross‑functional teams, finding innovative ways of improving daily production goals, while using data‑driven decisions to ensure optimal efficiency. In this role you will focus on effective ways to deliver cost reduction while ensuring that safety and quality standards remain the utmost priority.
The Operations Management Intern will develop and complete target projects that primarily focus on managing and optimizing use of resources, including talent, materials, and equipment. This role will allow personal and professional growth through meaningful projects that encourage the use of current and developing skills.

Job Requirements
- Must be a rising junior or senior pursuing a 4‑year degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Agriculture, Food Science, Bakery Science and Management, or a related field
Salary Range- $20 - $25 an hour
