** Traveling Field Construction Welder**, you won’t just be welding parts. You’ll be fabricating and repairing semi‐complex components that support critical construction and industrial operations. ** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Performing welding operations using
** SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GMAW‐P, TIG, and Carbon Arc welding
*** Interpreting engineered drawings, weld symbols, and dimensions
* Fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting components to meet exact tolerances
* Fabricating and repairing semi‐complex parts from raw materials
* Following red‐line changes and recommending process or design improvements
* Troubleshooting and repairing consumable failures (spring liners, nozzle insulators, tips, etc.)
* Using hand and power tools including grinders and chipping hammers
* Troubleshooting welding machines and equipment issues
* Entering labor hours into the ERP system (SAP)
* Supporting daily housekeeping and
** 5S initiatives
*** Working closely with supervisors, managers, and peers to deliver quality work on schedule
* Meeting internal and external customer expectations consistently

** What We’re Looking For
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* ** 2+ years
** of relevant welding or fabrication experience (or equivalent education and experience)
* Proven proficiency in:  + SMAW  + FCAW  + GMAW / GMAW‐P  + TIG  + Carbon Arc welding
* Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
* Experience operating a wide range of hand and power tools
* Willingness and ability to obtain
** AWS certifications** (training provided)
* Mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
* Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with field and shop teams
