About the Role

As an Industrial Wiring and Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of high-performance boiler and burner systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to perform complex electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and system testing to ensure our equipment meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

• Execute precise electrical wiring of control panels and components across various voltage levels, including 24V to 575V systems.
• Assemble and mount complex mechanical components, such as gas trains, air compressors, and burner drawers, to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Interpret detailed technical prints and wiring diagrams to accurately install electrical systems and hardware.
• Perform comprehensive testing of piping, gas trains, and electrical circuits to verify system integrity and performance.
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship while fitting and installing heavy equipment, including boiler doors and structural components.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet throughput goals while strictly adhering to all plant safety protocols and operational guidelines.

• Proven experience in industrial assembly or electrical wiring roles.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and tube bending machinery.
• Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

• Experience with high-voltage electrical systems and industrial control panels.
• Background in boiler room equipment installation or maintenance.
• Certification or specialized training in industrial electronics or mechanical trades.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical or electrical assembly issues.
