Warehouse Forklift Operator 1st Shift

Storeroom Attendant / Forklift Operator – Thomasville, GA

Hourly Pay $16.84 per hour. First Shift 7:00am-3:30pm. Weekly pay.

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Manage inbound products such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, anchors, etc.
• Operate sit‑down forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour of production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Clean driving record with personal vehicle; travel within area 25–50% of day; valid driver’s license.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License certified (preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude for Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and entering orders into WMS system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and within a diverse work environment.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, and maintain good attendance.
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possesses a high degree of initiative.
• Demonstrates high accuracy even under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work using health and safety methods.
• Must be available to work on a flexible schedule on various shifts.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
