Truck Driver (Non-CDL) – Immediate Hire

Wesco is a global leader in business-to-business distribution and supply chain management. We are looking for an immediate hire for a non‑CDL truck driver who will learn and grow with us.

Shift: Monday through Friday; 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• Transport cargo to and from specified destinations.
• Prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick‑up of goods to ensure timely service.
• Load, secure, verify, and unload cargo.
• Maintain contact with dispatcher to receive instruction for delivery or pickup.
• Verify contents of inventory loads with shipping papers.
• Maintain records in accordance with regulations.
• Perform emergency repairs such as changing tires or installing light bulbs, etc.
• Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record and an applicable truck driver license for the state.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Vision—near, far, and night.
• Ability to detect or distinguish between sounds varying in pitch and loudness.
• Ability to quickly respond—by hand, finger, or foot—to signals (sound, light, picture) when they appear.

• Valid truck driver license.
• At least 2 years of truck driving experience.

Compensation: $17.22 – $20.66 per hour. Compensation may vary based on location, education, experience, qualifications, shift, or collective bargaining agreements. Eligible positions may include bonus or sales incentive plans.
