A global flooring leader is looking for an entry-level HR Coordinator to support various administrative tasks in the HR department. The role requires proficiency in Excel, with responsibilities including coordinating HR processes, researching employee data, and providing basic administrative support. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, customer service skills, and are detail-oriented. Preference is given to those with knowledge of HR policies and proficiency in Spanish.

Additional tools experience with Kronos and Success Factors is beneficial.
