, depending on qualification. After a brief 60‑day probation period, you'll begin earning paid time off (PTO) that accumulates over time—up to 11 days at 10 years of employment. During the holidays we rework our schedule to offer seven days off for Thanksgiving and fourteen for Christmas. Our unique 7‑day on, 7‑day off schedule guarantees you an 80‑hour bi‑weekly paycheck, even during off‑season hours.

ARE YOU THE STORMWATER COMPLIANCE TECHNICIAN OUR TEAM NEEDS?- Valid driver's license

As a Stormwater Compliance Technician, your schedule follows a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation. During peak season expect around 75‑80 hours, and during off‑season approximately 60‑70 hours. You will receive payment for 80 hours regardless of actual hours worked.
Typical responsibilities include driving a truck with a 16‑24ft trailer, operating mowers and weed‑eaters, and inspecting stormwater infrastructure. You maintain retention ponds, drainage ditches, and other stormwater assets, contributing to community environmental health.
