• Lead or contribute to the development of new concrete products, considering performance, cost, and market requirements.
• Create and review product designs, ensuring they meet industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct testing and analysis of concrete mixes to assess and improve product performance and durability.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain high‑quality standards for concrete products.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in concrete production to enhance efficiency and product consistency.
• Work with raw material suppliers to evaluate and select materials suitable for concrete manufacturing.
• Assist in cost analysis and value engineering to optimize product performance while managing production costs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, testing results, and design changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including production, quality control, and sales, to address product‑related challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure that concrete products comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing processes.
• Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including management and customers.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in construction or precast industry.
• Prior experience in PPVC projects will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in interpreting all production‑related drawings.
• Knowledge of building construction, application of precast and prefabricated building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
