Job Opening: Travel Stormwater Compliance Technician with Stormwater Operations Specialists in Thomasville, NC
Pay Range: Pay starts at $20.00+ per hour
, depending on qualifications
Full-Time
Schedule:
7 days on and 7 days off, working about 75 - 80 hours/week during peak season and 65 - 75 hours/week during the off-season (
pay is guaranteed for 80 hours biweekly
)
Service Area: Reports to our Thomasville office and travels to projects throughout our service area (MD, VA, GA, TN, KY, NC, and SC)

You'll travel to different job sites as assigned to inspect existing stormwater infrastructure and take the right steps to maintain/improve it. Safety will be a top priority, as you'll be driving company trucks, towing 16 - 24 ft. trailers, and operating mechanical equipment like mowers and weed-eaters. You'll be working outside in the fresh air, collaborating with your team to efficiently maintain retention ponds, drainage ditches, and related features.

- Ability to travel to jobsites throughout our service area (Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and North & South Carolina)
- Ability to work a 7-day-on, 7-day-off schedule and work outdoors in various conditions
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
- Collaborative spirit and the ability to work efficiently with a team
