Novant Health Orthopedic Clinic provides expert care for bones, joints, muscles, and mobility. Whether it’s sports injuries, joint replacements, or trauma recovery — you’ll play a critical role in helping patients get back to doing what they love.
Location: Thomasville, Lexington, and Asheboro
Department: Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic & Pain Management Clinic
Employment Type: Full Time, M-F 8:00a-5:00p/No Weekends/No Holidays
What You ll Do- Lead, mentor, and coordinate clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Partner with Clinic Administration to drive success toward organizational goals.
- Oversee daily clinical operations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Build strong interdisciplinary relationships with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
- Establish a patient-first culture that supports individualized, evidence-based care.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development to team members.
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment where every team member and patient feels valued.
- Education:
4 Year/Bachelor s Degree in Athletic Training or Sports Medicine or Related Degree Program, required. Graduate Degree in Athletic Training or Sports Medicine or Related Degree Program, preferred. - Experience:
2 years of Certified Athletic Training Experience with in a Clinic Setting, required. 2 years of Supervisory Experience, preferred. - Licensure/Certification:
Current RN licensure in appropriate state, ATC, NATABOC Certification; required. NCBATE licensed or eligible, required. - Additional
Skills Required:
Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem-solving skills, operate personal computer. Ability to successfully complete leader education and training.
