Apex Systems is seeking a Tier 3 Tech Support in Thomasville, NC, for a 3-month contract-to-hire. The role requires 3+ years of troubleshooting experience with hardware and software and some scripting experience, preferably in Powershell.
You will work onsite Monday to Friday, providing technical support, diagnosing and repairing Windows desktop software, and addressing customer inquiries about technical products and services.
