** Tier 3 Tech Support Apex Systems is looking for a Tier 3 Tech Support who excels in their role and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our client's internal and external end users and clients. We are looking for people like this to join our friendly, engaged, professional team. Role:
Tier 3 Tech Support Duration: 3 month contract to hire

Location:

onsite in Thomasville, NCRate: 25-30hr (max rate is not guaranteed as it is based off experience)
Details:
• Maintain system images using currently available imaging tools/techniques
• Build/prepare new system images for new hardware rollouts
• Reimage system with hardware failures
• Provide 3rd level technical support
• Diagnose and repair Windows Desktop software
• Install software as required
• Scan for and remediate security vulnerabilities
• Recommend proven vulnerability remediations for application to broader audience
• Maintain asset list of retired/recycled inventory
• Provide updates to leadership on treads and/or recurring issues with hardware and software Address and respond to customer inquiries on technical products and services including  installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance
** MUST HAVES:
** 1. 3+ years strong troubleshooting with hardware and software
2. scripting experience (Powershell preferred, but open)3. experience in large environment  
4. Onsite Mon-Fri
