Assist in manufacturing of laminate flooring panels by training to operate various automated industrial machinery components on Cutting and Milling production lines to meet the required quality specifications;
Responsible for quality inspections and testing throughout shift, with attention to identifying quality and manufacturing defects;
Gains understanding of correct parameters specific to Department processes in order to minimize defect opportunities and applies knowledge to increase production output;
Trains to perform necessary adjustments to production line, including plate changes, via feedback from automated systems monitoring and product specifications;
Adheres to Company and Department standards regarding documentation, set up procedures, production procedures, and quality guidelines
