Manufacturing Associate - Molding Department

• Perform final inspection on product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package product according to varying order specifications.
• Abide by documentation standards and catalogue adherence to quality process.
• Follow all Company and Department safety policies, including personal protective equipment and alternate work procedure policies.
• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Prior experience with quality processes (preferred).
• Attention to detail and organizational ability required.

• Work with machinery in an environment where there may be fluctuating temperatures and additional department-specific variables.
• PPE required (hearing protection, safety shoes, high-visibility clothing, eye protection).
• Work 12-hour shifts and a fixed shift rotation, including holidays.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.; walking, bending, squatting, climbing ladders and stairs required.
