NOW HIRING – 8 Manufacturing Associates | Thomasville, NC Molding Department – Night Shift
Start Date:
Monday, August 17, 2026 Pay: $18.00/hour Assignment: 3–6 weeks, with potential for temp-to-hire opportunities Openings: 8
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM 12-hour shifts Orientation:
We are looking to have candidates complete orientation this week so they are ready to start Monday, August 17th.
Job Duties:
Depending on the assigned area, responsibilities may include:
Feeding product pieces onto a production line Removing pieces from the production line and placing them into holding containers Packaging products into boxes Palletizing finished boxes Following production and safety procedures
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 10 lbs. repetitively Lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally Must be able to stand for the majority of the 12-hour shift Must be comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
Safety Requirements:
Safety-toe shoes required Hearing protection required (no headphones allowed) Eye protection required Safety vest provided Non-smoking facility
