Primary Objective: Confirms order accuracy before product leaves the plant.

Major Function and Scope:

• Check all freight passing through the orbital wrapper and staging area. Check for damage, quantity accuracy and product accuracy.
• Keep orbital wrapper operational. Changing the plastic using AWP as needed, keeping the sensors clear and free of debris, clearing stuck pallets. Notifying maintenance about any mechanical problems that arise.
• Keeping records of "CALLBACKS", alert supervisor if any picker has an excessive amount (over 3 a day).
• Verify all picked SIDs for accurate counts, notify problem solver of any errors.
• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
• Follow all established standard operating procedures
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Type of Experience and Knowledge:

• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and write English
• Must have demonstrated communication skills
• Must have demonstrated willingness to work overtime
• Must be familiar with LTO functions
• Ability to effectively prioritize and assign job task
• Must have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while making last minute judgement calls
• Ability to make quick last minute judgement calls
• Must have demonstrated leadership ability
• Repetitive motion of reaching, pulling, and pushing
