Their work includes medication and treatment administration, patient assessments, vital‑sign monitoring, and assistance with diagnostic procedures.

PRN opportunities available for all shifts.

The Registered Nurse-Rehab provides direct patient care and supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and CNAs in the provision of nursing services to residents and patients of the facility. The RN is responsible for meeting all standards associated with the provision of nursing care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, licensure law, agency policies, procedure and standards.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science in Nursing preferred.

• Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience.
• One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

• Current Nursing License.
• CPR certified.
• Ability to function with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organizational and human relation skills.
