Piedmont Crossing CNA Learn & Earn Program

Piedmont Crossing is excited to once again offer our CNA Learn & Earn Program!

Designed to help address the growing need for qualified Certified Nursing Assistants, this North Carolina state-approved program provides both classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to successfully complete the state CNA written and skills examinations.

Our on-site program runs for four weeks and enrolls 10–13 students per class, allowing for personalized instruction and focused training on essential nursing assistant responsibilities.

As part of the Learn & Earn Program, participants are:

• Paid while attending classes and training
• Provided with uniform scrubs
• Prepared to take the state certification exams at no cost
• Eligible for an hourly pay increase upon certification

Best of all, there is no cost to participate. As long as participants remain employed with Piedmont Crossing for at least one year after completing the program, all training and certification expenses are covered.
