Piedmont Crossing is excited to once again offer our CNA Learn & Earn Program
!
Designed to help address the growing need for qualified Certified Nursing Assistants, this North Carolina state-approved program provides both classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to successfully complete the state CNA written and skills examinations.
Our on-site program runs for four weeks and enrolls 10–13 students per class
, allowing for personalized instruction and focused training on essential nursing assistant responsibilities.
As part of the Learn & Earn Program, participants are:
- Paid while attending classes and training
- Provided with uniform scrubs
- Prepared to take the state certification exams at no cost
- Eligible for an hourly pay increase upon certification
Best of all, there is no cost to participate
. As long as participants remain employed with Piedmont Crossing for at least one year after completing the program, all training and certification expenses are covered.
