Travel/Contract RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13‑week assignment in Lexington, North Carolina. This role provides comprehensive birthing care in a hospital setting, with competitive pay and a full benefits package.

• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care, including assessments and monitoring throughout the birthing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for laboring women.
• Assist with labor inductions, vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and postpartum recovery while adhering to hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on labor progress, postpartum care, and newborn care, ensuring clear communication and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies.

• Active NC RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN‑FHM certifications
• Minimum 1 year recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Experience with labor assessment, inductions, vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and postpartum care
• Strong documentation skills
