2nd Shift Quality Assurance Specialist
This person's primary responsibility will be assuring that products meet internal quality standards and assist in maintaining/auditing the Quality & Environmental Standards. The ideal candidate will have:
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is a plus.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, i.e. blueprints.
• Organization and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Responsibility for measuring a variety of fabricated parts with tolerances of +/- 1/8".
• Need to initiate corrective actions and work closely with Production and Purchasing to resolve quality issues.
