The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an engaging environment centered on the customer, cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject‑matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Monitor competition and awareness of advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Competitive pay range of $54,000–$66,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
