Security Officer Mobile Response Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, receiving areas, parking lots, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures;
Monitor access points, observe store activity, and help maintain an orderly environment for customers, employees, and deliveries;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
