Overview
Madysta Telecom USA is hiring experienced Telecom Technicians to support wireless installation and maintenance projects across the East Coast. Technicians are responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and systems on-site, while ensuring safety, quality, and technical standards are met.
Responsibilities- Install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom equipment and systems on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and technical standards are met.
- Report to the Foreman and Tophand and work closely with the team to execute daily scopes efficiently and safely.
- Work outdoors and participate in 4 to 8 week rotations in various East Coast markets, with potential travel across the USA and trips lasting up to 10 consecutive days.
- Valid Driver’s License
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across East Coast markets
- Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations
- AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon L&A site Work
- Familiarity with telecom safety standards and installation scopes
