Front End Loader

We are looking for a Front End Loader to join our Thomasville, NC plant. As a Front End Loader with Rinker Materials, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

Responsibilities:

• Make inspections and periodic checks of equipment to detect mechanical difficulties; maintain necessary service records as required.
• Understand operation and maintenance of equipment and related processing equipment.
• Operate a forklift.
• Observe, understand and apply all administration and safety precautions, rules and procedures throughout the plant.
• Maintain work area in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Perform other related duties as required and directed by leadership to manufacture concrete products.

We Require:

• 1 plus years of experience working as a Front End Loader preferred.
• Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, multiplication).
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to use extreme caution when working around cranes, trucks, forklifts and other equipment.
