BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and reliable Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Thomasville, NC 27360
. This role is ideal for a maintenance professional with strong technical abilities, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning property.

• Role: Certified Maintenance Technician
• Location: Thomasville, NC 27360
• Pay: $21/hr.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Opportunity Type: Contract

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including:
  • HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
  • Electrical and plumbing diagnostics
  • Appliance repair and replacement
  • Carpentry, drywall, and general building upkeep
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

• Maintenance certification required
• Strong apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Drug screening required
