Certified Maintenance Technician

HVAC Certification Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Prepare vacant apartments for market‑ready status through turn‑over repairs and improvements
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Manage records of activity in maintenance log
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

• A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC)
• At least 6 months of onsite experience
• Valid I.D. required
• Have reliable transportation
• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
