Stormwater Operations Specialists, based in Thomasville, NC, is hiring a full-time Traveling Heavy Equipment Specialist for our structured 7-on / 7-off schedule. If you're ready for a role that blends travel, stability, and purpose, don't wait!

• $24.00+ per hour, plus a guaranteed 80-hour paycheck every two weeks

You'll begin at our Thomasville, NC location, then travel with your crew to project sites, with lodging and daily expenses covered. You'll travel to NC, SC, GA, TN, KY, VA, and MD.

• Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, skid steers, and dredging equipment
• Perform grading, excavation, erosion repair, and pipe installation
• Maintain stormwater infrastructure
• Set up and organize active job sites
• Work collaboratively to meet project goals
• Inspect and maintain equipment regularly

• Minimum 2 years of equipment operation experience
• Valid driver's license with a good record
• Ability to tow trailers between 16 and 24 feet
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Comfort working outdoors in changing environments
• Strong communicator and team contributor
• Safety-first mindset with attention to detail
