Salesforce Developer II

The Salesforce Developer II will design world‑class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements.

• Analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce capabilities
• Assist in estimating work effort and setting realistic development schedules with project leadership
• Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code
• Develop integrations from Salesforce to internal proprietary and third‑party services
• Test the stability and functionality of the application
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs
• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Support Tableau Server/Cloud deployments, publishing, scheduling, and refreshes

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering (preferred)
• Platform Developer II Certification (preferred)
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience developing customer‑facing interfaces
• Experience writing Apex classes and triggers
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills
• Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API
• Experience using Git Hub or other version control software
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications
• 2+ years of experience developing dashboards using Tableau
• Experience working with Salesforce data and objects
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis
• Experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud
