• Operate the stand up reach truck to manage and organize palletized inventory, focusing on maximizing usable space within the facility's racking system.
• Safely and correctly handle different types of pallet loads, ensuring the mast and carriage are properly positioned before and during elevated movement.
• Use supporting material handling equipment (like a pallet jack) to stage or unstage pallets before or after the high-rack movement performed by the reach truck.
• Perform routine safety checks and minor maintenance tasks on the reach truck, ensuring optimal performance throughout the shift.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to ensure seamless transition of products from the receiving dock (ground level) up into the high-rack reserve.

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
