Summary

We’re supporting a high-growth organization looking to hire an experienced Adaptive Planning Administrator with strong FP&A and financial consolidations expertise. This role will sit at the intersection of Finance and Systems, owning the Adaptive platform while partnering closely with FP&A, Accounting, and senior leadership to support planning, forecasting, and group-level reporting.

• Own day-to-day administration and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning (model maintenance, access, integrations, enhancements)
• Support FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Lead and enhance financial consolidations across multiple entities (intercompany eliminations, currency translation, etc.)
• Build and maintain complex financial models, sheets, and dashboards within Adaptive
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes from a systems and reporting perspective
• Troubleshoot system issues and act as the SME for Adaptive Planning
• Collaborate with external implementation partners where needed

• 4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Systems, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (model building + admin)
• Solid experience with financial consolidations in a multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of core FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
• Experience working with Finance stakeholders and translating business requirements into system solutions
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with integrations is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment)
