- Scope of Practice
:
Practice true full-scope primary care across a multi-generational panel-spanning pediatrics to geriatrics-with standard 30-minute physicals, 60-minute AWVs, and 15-minute acute slots. Given the regional distance to academic medical centers, you will manage complex chronic conditions alongside minor procedures including joint injections, paps, and advanced diagnostics such as Fibroscans. - Practice Culture & Mentorship

Join a close-knit, highly collaborative care model featuring 2 physicians and 3 PAs. The founding physician can provide exceptional hands-on mentorship tailored for recent residency graduates, fostering an environment where patients frequently treat the clinical team like extended family. - Operational Efficiency & Modern Tech
