Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
Full-time Weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) 12-hour shifts with additional weekend differential. Eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.

- Hourly rate: $32.50+ depending on experience

- Additional shift differentials for weekends
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcome planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
- Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues (providers) to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population specific standards in the assigned clinical setting.
- Provide care for residents at all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.
- Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education and other nursing interventions.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within job descriptions, skill set, resident needs and delegate competence level.
- Provide assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred) e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. - Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
