Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products accurately based on customer orders using pick lists or scanning devices.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Label, sort, and stage orders for shipping.
• Load and unload trucks as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Inspect products for quality and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment.
• Follow Pepsi Co's safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Meet daily productivity and performance goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, picker/packer, or distribution experience is an asset but not always required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Work Environment:
