Responsibilities- Liaise with an external accounting firm to support monthly and annual financial closing.
- Organize, maintain, and ensure accuracy of accounting records and documentation.
- Process payments and perform bank transfers in a timely manner.
- Monitor cash flow and support effective cash management.
- Handle accounting activities for both wholesale and retail business entities.
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas headquarter.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience,
handling AP, AR, and journal entries.
- Experience in the retail industry
- Experience working in an accounting firm
- Experience in small or growing organizations
- Experience handling multiple entities
