Assistant Finance Manager [up to $6,000 + AWS | Tuas

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing in accordance with SFRS and group reporting requirements.
• Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Prepare financial reporting packages, schedules, and supporting documentation for headquarters reporting.
• Support GST, Corporate Income Tax, ACRA filing requirements, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant stakeholders during audits and compliance reviews.
• Monitor daily accounting transactions, cash flow activities, and financial records to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and enhance internal control processes and accounting procedures.
• Guide, review, and support the work of junior accounting team members.
• Participate in accounting system implementation projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience with full sets of accounts.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Experience in GST compliance and local tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or reviewing the work of junior staff is preferred.
• CPA or ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
• Experience in accounting system implementation is an added advantage.
