• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Keep the reception area clean and presentable.
• Support HR and Admin teams with office-related tasks as needed.

• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Korean language (both written and spoken) to liaise with Korean-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
