Job Scope

• Extract information from the case management system, identify cases requiring reviews and ensure prompt scheduling
• Track case progress against key milestones reviews
• Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely scheduling of case reviews
• Compile and disseminate relevant documents required for case reviews
• Track the utilisation rate of case review platforms to generate meaningful analytical insights
• Perform and undertake any additional administrative or relevant duties assigned by the supervisor

• Possess a Degree in any field
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with prior experience in performing adminstrative tasks
• Proficient in data management using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Effective communication skills when engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrates a positive working attitude
