Position Overview
A Project Site Administrative Assistant at PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Thomson, Georgia will serve as the backbone of our construction sites, supporting day‑to‑day operations and keeping every detail on track from the ground up. Travel is required, with potential assignments in Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, Washington and other states.

- Support day‑to‑day operations by performing administrative tasks for manager, department, or team.
- Develop and maintain customer‑focused relationships with all stakeholders.
- Answer telephone calls and take messages for manager, department, or team members.
- Ensure appropriate document control and compliance through filing, composing, and editing documents and reports for the district office.
- Assist with planning meetings and events, including arranging catering, booking locations, and distributing information.
- Arrange travel, hotel, and car reservations and prepare travel itineraries.
- Order office supplies for the department as requested.
- Support mail distribution and courier requests.
- Greet visitors and answer their questions, directing them to meeting rooms, and connecting them with employees.
- High school diploma.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate in office administration program considered an asset.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent technical experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to create, edit, proofread, and format documents/presentations.
- Basic skills in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and One Note.
Thomson, Georgia (travel required to project locations across multiple states).
