Logistics Accounts Executive: Shipments, Invoicing & Admin

Responsibilities:

• Handle basic bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process purchase orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, documentation, and office coordination
• Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements, including container bookings and shipment tracking
• Liaise with external vendors, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting & administrative functions
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience in logistics or shipping coordination is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
