We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join a growing team in Thomson, GA. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers while supporting account growth, order management, customer retention, and business development initiatives.
This is not a telecommunications or call center position. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, comfortable communicating with customers, and excels in a fast-paced business environment. Success in this role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and production timelines
- Generate and follow up on sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication
- Conduct professional outreach through phone and email communication
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately
- Create production orders and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery
- Confirm technical specifications and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate customer information, spreadsheets, and account records
- Schedule meetings for current and prospective customers as needed
- Work cross-functionally with sales, production, technical, and warehouse teams
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service, inside sales, account management, or business support experience
- Experience working with spreadsheets and business data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Business-to-business (B2B) customer service experience
- Experience with Sage software
- Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution industry experience
The ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships, managing customer accounts, coordinating internal resources, and supporting business growth. Candidates with strong administrative, account management, inside sales, customer relations, or business operations backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
