Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for F&B projects
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing and price negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs, track budget utilisation, and control expenditure
- Administer contracts, including variations (VO) and cost adjustments
- Assess, evaluate, and certify progress claims and payments
- Provide accurate cost advice, reporting, and financial updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation, preferably within F&B, construction, or interior fit‑out projects
- Sound knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and contract administration
- Knowledge of Singapore construction and F&B market rates is an added advantage
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
