- Monitor student's progress by setting improvement goals and provide constructive feedback.
- Support in the preparation and development of teaching materials.
- Check student's assignments and monitor students' portfolios and academic evaluations closely.
- Communicate students' academic progress and address concerns.
- Build strong connection with both students and parents.
- Identify various coaching methods in effort to meet the diverse competency levels of students, as well as providing individualized support and guidance.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification in relevant field.
- Prior teaching experience in school or tuition setting is a plus.
