Position Objective
The Managing Director is responsible for leading end-to-end client engagement, growth strategy, and high‑level digital positioning for Singaporean SME clients. This role serves as the primary strategic interface between local SME founders and the agency, identifying critical gaps in corporate branding, executing executive thought leadership, and driving market visibility and brand credibility.
Key Responsibilities Strategic SME Client Management & Advisory- Identify Core Branding Gaps: Direct and conduct exhaustive brand audits for local SME founders to isolate vulnerabilities in their digital reputation, messaging, and market position.
- C‑Suite Advisory: Act as an expert consultant to local SME founders, designing bespoke digital roadmaps that translate complex business objectives into authentic, credible public‑facing strategies.
- End‑to‑End Execution Oversight: Direct the design, implementation, and analytical tracking of full‑scale social media and visibility campaigns from initial networking to final reporting.
- Niche Authority Building: Deploy specialized methodologies (utilizing verified corporate frameworks) to transform local SME executives into recognized industry authorities, specifically utilizing Linked In as a primary engine for corporate trust and B2B lead generation.
- Content Architecture Strategy: Orchestrate high‑level storytelling frameworks, content calendars, and positioning blueprints that amplify the founder’s industry expertise.
- Algorithmic Optimization: Direct campaign parameters based on advanced social media analytics and algorithmic performance metrics to maximize digital reach and executive credibility within the Singapore market.
- Corporate Interviewing & Broadcast Media: Lead and facilitate professional executive interviews, panel discussions, and corporate podcast designed to highlight client innovations and capture local market share.
- Facilitation & Training: Conduct high‑impact corporate communication workshops and alignment sessions for client teams to integrate the founder's brand messaging throughout the organization.
- Strategic Networking: Drive the agency's business development efforts by engaging and building relationships within the local Singapore SME ecosystem.
- Revenue Growth: Convert identified branding gaps into high‑value consulting retainers and long‑term agency partnerships, securing the agency's commercial sustainability.
- Work Week - 6 days per week Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours - from 9 am to 6 pm
- Flexibility to attend to customers preferred schedule
- Adaptability to a dynamic culture and able to accomplish project timeline
